Established since 1989 and officially came into operation in 1996, Indochina Group initially was a company of 5 founding members, working in industrial & civil construction, including urban infrastructure and ground engineering. After one year of operation, Indochina Group increased its legal capital to VND 8.168.000.000. Since 2007, total legal capitals of the group has been VND 550.000.000.000 (Three Hundred Billion Vietnam Dong). Besides, Indochina mother company has invested in its 11 subsidiaries companies.

These companies assist each other in implementing projects but all are financial independent autonomy. Indochina Co. takes the most important role in the group, controlling overall activities. Currently, Indochina Group has 400 employees of which there are 1 of Doctorate level , 2 Masters, 20 Architects, 30 Construction Engineers, 35 Mechanical Engineers, 40 Bachelor of Economics and others.

Indochina Group has opened 2 branches which are Southern Branch in Ho Chi Minh City and Central Branch in Quang Binh Province.
